These terms apply when you use warpcalendar.com or buy and use Warp Calendar Pro. Warp Calendar is owned and operated by Saurabh Siddhu Guttedar, an individual (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying a license, you agree to these terms.

The products

Warp Calendar (free) is published on WordPress.org under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2 or later.

Warp Calendar Pro is a paid add-on that needs the free plugin. The plugin code is licensed under the GPL. A paid license gives you the download, the updates we publish for it, and support, for the number of sites your plan includes.

Licenses

• Personal covers 1 site, Business 5 sites, Agency 20 sites and Unlimited any number of sites you or your clients own. Development and staging copies of a licensed site do not count toward the limit.
• A lifetime license is a one-time payment with no renewal fee. It lasts for the lifetime of the Warp Calendar Pro product.
• License keys are for the buyer only. Do not share, publish or resell them. We may deactivate keys that are shared or abused.
• Features are as described on the site when you buy. Items on the roadmap are plans, not promises.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our merchant of record and reseller. It handles the payment, any sales tax or VAT, and your invoice, and its name may appear on your card statement. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Delivery

Warp Calendar Pro is delivered digitally. Right after payment you can download it from your account on warpcalendar.com, and your order details are emailed to you.

Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund and Returns Policy: a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Support

License holders get email support at [email protected]. Free plugin support is on the WordPress.org forum. We help with the plugin’s own features; custom development, third-party themes and plugins, and server problems are outside support, though we try to point you in the right direction.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or the products to break the law, send spam, harm other systems, or attack, overload or scrape warpcalendar.com. You are responsible for the events, payments and attendee data you handle on your own site, including your own privacy notice and refund rules for your attendees.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and your email address current. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Intellectual property

The Warp Calendar name, logo and website content belong to us. The GPL covers the plugin code only, not our trademarks or this website.

Disclaimer

The products are provided “as is”. We work hard to make them reliable, but we cannot promise they are error-free or suit every site. Always keep backups of your website.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or bookings, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Ending a license

You can stop using the products at any time. We may end a license that breaks these terms. If we ever stop selling Warp Calendar Pro, you can keep using the last version you downloaded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes never take away what you already paid for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to solve the problem together.
