Warp Calendar (warpcalendar.com) is owned and operated by Saurabh Siddhu Guttedar, an individual (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit warpcalendar.com, buy Warp Calendar Pro or contact us, and what we do with it. We are the data controller for that data.
What we collect
- Account and order details: name, email address, billing address, country, the plan you bought, order number and order history.
- Payment details: payments are processed by our payment provider and merchant of record, Dodo Payments. Card numbers and bank details go directly to them; we never see or store full card details. We receive the payment status, amount, currency and the type or last digits of the payment method.
- License details: license keys, the number of sites a license is used on and the site addresses where it is activated.
- Support messages: whatever you send us by email or the support forum, including screenshots or site details you choose to share.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and server logs, used to keep the site secure and working. Sign-in, cart and checkout use necessary cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.
The Warp Calendar plugins
The free and Pro plugins run on your own WordPress site. Event, booking and attendee data you collect with them stays in your site’s database and is controlled by you, not us. The plugins do not send that data to us. Integrations you switch on yourself (for example PayPal, Stripe, Zoom, Google Meet or Mailchimp) send data to those services under their own terms.
Why we use your data
- To process your order, deliver your download and manage your license (performing our contract with you).
- To answer support requests and send order, license and important product emails.
- To prevent fraud and abuse and keep the site secure (our legitimate interests).
- To keep tax and accounting records (legal obligation).
We only send marketing emails if you opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the services needed to run the business: Dodo Payments (payments, tax and invoicing as merchant of record), our web host and our email provider. Each handles data only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose data when the law requires it. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
Some of these providers process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards they offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep order, license and billing records while your license is active and for as long as tax and accounting laws require afterwards. Support messages are kept as long as they are useful to help you. Server logs are deleted on a rolling basis.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us at [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
warpcalendar.com is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will announce significant changes on this page or by email.
