Refund Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
We want you to be happy with Warp Calendar Pro. If it does not work for you, this policy explains how to get your money back. Warp Calendar is owned and operated by Saurabh Siddhu Guttedar.
14-day money-back guarantee
Every Warp Calendar Pro license, including lifetime licenses, comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Ask within 14 days of your purchase date and you get a full refund. You do not need to give a reason, though we appreciate knowing what went wrong so we can fix it.
What is not refundable
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
- Repeat purchases made to get around this policy (for example buying, refunding and buying again).
- Licenses ended for fraud, chargeback abuse or breaking our Terms of Use, such as sharing or reselling license keys.
Returns
Warp Calendar Pro is digital software delivered by download, so there is nothing to ship back. When a refund is issued, the license is deactivated and you must stop using and delete the Pro plugin. The free Warp Calendar plugin from WordPress.org stays yours to use, and your events and bookings stay on your site.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address you bought with, including your order number. We reply within 2 business days.
How refunds are paid
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method for the full amount you paid. Banks and card issuers usually show the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
Cancellations
Lifetime licenses are one-time payments with no renewals, so there is nothing to cancel. If we offer yearly plans in the future, you will be able to turn off renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We will almost always solve it faster, and we never refuse a valid request made within the 14 days.
